Federal agents executed a search warrant at his apartment in August and discovered various narcotics and two iPhones submerged in the water tank on the back of the bathroom toilet.
Elida Tejeda, 34, is in custody on a $100,000 bond at the Waukesha County Jail, according to court records.
Brand Chandler Simpson, 53, stands accused of one count each of assault causing bodily injury to a family member and unlawful restraint.
Jessica Barnes, 20, had disappeared from her home in August, and remains found during the investigation were confirmed by a Pickens County coroner on October 1 to be those of Jessica.
