Repeated drive-bys from a truck driver harassing peaceful anti-ICE protestors in Ontario, California, ended with a lesson in karma — the truck making its final pass on the back of a tow truck.
A TikTok captured a large black truck passing by protestors at a busy Ontario intersection "rolling coal" — deliberately blowing diesel smoke from its exhaust. The driver returned multiple times, but must have become too immersed in heckling the demonstrators.
"He lost control and nearly slammed into someone just waiting at a red light," the post's caption reads.
@aangstwinkletoes This dude in a black truck thought it'd be funny to harass a peaceful protest β kept blowing diesel smoke at us every time he passed. Then he lost control and nearly slammed into someone just waiting at a red light π³ They reversed just in time. Cops pulled up and arrested him; turns out he had a firearm and got hit with reckless driving charges too. He got his karma quick ππΌππΌ #fyppppppppppppppppppppppp #ontariocalifornia #peacefulprotest #stopdeportation #immigrantsmakeamericagreat β¬ original sound - πΈππππππ ππ§πΌββοΈβ¨π«§
"Cops pulled up and arrested him; turns out he had a firearm and got hit with reckless driving charges too." The blinking lights of multiple police vehicles can be seen following the truck as the driver pulls over on to a side street.
The compilation of clips ends with footage of the black truck driving by one last time, strapped to the bed of a tow truck. The tow truck driver honks as the crowd of peaceful demonstrators cheers.
"He got his karma quick," the creator wrote. In the comments they said, "The satisfaction after seeing the tow truck was just 🤌🏼💋."
"The tow truck honking 🤣 — give that guy a raise!" one user quipped.
The brief but dramatic encounter encouraged advocates of immigration reform. "Made my heart so happy to see his sh--- truck get towed," commented one.
"A story with a beginning, middle and end 😂," noted another.
