Given that The Elder Scrolls 6 or even the thought of a Skyrim 2 has inhabited the gaming world for quite a time, fans have always been rendered thirsty of getting more out of Bethesda despite their continuous thwarting. News about the possible title has teased many, however, and made gamers more interested.

As per The Bit Bag, Fallout 4 being the recent success in Bethesda's prestigious history has somewhat hinted that the possibility of The Elder Scrolls 6 may not happen. Through the years, fans have kept track of Bethesda's calendar and every four years, a new title will surface, specifically in the Elder Scrolls series. The case is not the same, however, as The Elder Scrolls Online is the latest existing expansion in the said franchise.

Neuro Gadget delivered that rumors have spread around pointing to a possible 2017 announcement, or even a release date. Though Bethesda may be very vocal of their plans for games, speculations state that the team may not even divulge the creation of the game and present The Elder Scrolls 6 as a surprise to the world. In general, 2017 may be the earliest year for the fans to expect anything from Bethesda.

It was mentioned that Fallout 4 is currently the main focus of the entire team behind Bethesda as the team confirms that it is not in their practice to separate teams for different projects. It was rumored that Fallout 4 will still release a few other downloadable content updates in the near future.

After such launches will be the time that fans will hear something about The Elder Scrolls 6. Though no confirmation has been said, the possibilities of such are still high to many especially once all of the proposed DLCs are created, according to Vine Report.

The Elder Scrolls 6 or Skyrim 2 as many know it, is still an uncertainty for the moment. Stay posted for more news on the proposed continuity to the Elder Scrolls saga.
