Donald Trump's convention manager, Paul Manafort, has accused Ted Cruz of using "Gestapo Tactics" to win Colorado delegates. The aide of the Republican frontrunner alleges that the senator bribed the delegates with "all sorts of goodies."

In a report by The Guardian, Manafort accused the main Republican rival of Trump a day after the GOP frontrunner failed to win any elected supporter at the Colorado state convention. Manafort talked about the "Gestapo tactics" during NBC's "Meet The Press" on Sunday. He did not specify, however, what kind of tactics did the senator and his team used.

Manafort added that they are to file several protests because the Cruz campaign is not playing by the rules. He added that if the Cruz campaign is not getting what they want, they will blow it up instead.

Although Trump has not won any of the 34 delegates in Colorado, he is still leading the Republican race to secure the GOP nomination, Chicago Tribune reported. It requires 1,237 delegates but Cruz has talked to local conservatives and state leaders to hate Trump.

Aside from Manafort, Trump himself has accused Cruz and his team of bribing delegates and referred the Louisiana primaries wherein the senator gained delegates despite the GOP frontrunner having won the state's primary, The Slatest reported. He tweeted that he wins a state in votes and get non-representative delegates "because they are offered all sorts of goodies by Cruz campaign. Bad system!"

Manafort has been hired by Trump to reorganize his campaign as it has been chaotic and violent in the past weeks. The New York real estate mogul's campaign is now being reorganized by Manafort, who has advised Viktor Yanukovych and Ferdinand Marcos. Yanukovych of Ukraine has been ousted twice while Marcos is the former dictator of the Philippines. Manafort also insisted that Trump will be doing well in New York during the April 19 primaries.

A Cruz spokesman said that Trump's campaign was trying to distract them with the latest allegations.
