San Francisco supervisor Scott Weiner is proposing a bill to ban public nudity in San Francisco. Weiner is scheduled to present the legislation on this Tuesday, October 9. According to the proposal, the legislation will fine $100 for the first offense, $200 for second if in a year-period. The third offense would be counted as a misdemeanor and receive a $500 fine. Children of the age five and under are exempted from this law.

The popular online market removed the sale posting of a James Egan Holmes mask, which was posted earlier September. The mask, which is a very realistic imitation of the 24-year-old alleged shooter who opened fire in a Aurora movie house in Colorado, was auctioned for $500.

Dottie Sandusky was refunded the $50,000 she paid towards her husband’s, Jerry Sandusky, bail prior to his conviction on 45 counts of child molestation and abuse. Judge John Cleland signed the order granting Dottie the bail money as well as released the court hold over the Sandusky home, which was put up by the couple as collateral worth $200,000.
