An Oklahoma man has pleaded guilty after authorities said he sexually abused his 11-year-old stepdaughter, impregnated her, and prevented her from getting medical care during the pregnancy.
Dustin Walker entered a blind guilty plea on March 26 to one count of sexual abuse of a child under 12 and six counts of child neglect, according to court records and local reporting cited by multiple outlets. Prosecutors said he is scheduled to be sentenced on Jun. 18.
Authorities said the abuse happened while the girl was living in the family home in Muskogee County, Oklahoma. The case came to light after the child gave birth at home in August 2025 and was later taken to a hospital, where the pregnancy and birth became known to investigators, according to People.
DNA testing later showed with 99% certainty that Walker was the baby's father, according to the assistant district attorney quoted by local media. Court filings and reports said the girl had not seen a doctor for more than a year and was denied prenatal care during the pregnancy.

Walker was initially arrested along with the child's mother, Cherie Walker, on child neglect charges after the birth. Prosecutors later added sexual abuse charges against Dustin Walker and an enabling child sexual abuse charge against Cherie Walker, USA Today reported.
Investigators also said the home conditions were poor and that several children were living there at the time. Officials have said the case involved both sexual abuse and neglect, and that the child was forced to go through the pregnancy without medical support.
The child was removed from the home and placed under protective care, according to earlier reporting on the case. Prosecutors said the abuse caused lasting trauma and described the case as one of the most serious they had handled.
Walker remains in the criminal case ahead of sentencing. Cherie Walker's case is still pending, according to court records cited in the reporting, as per KJRH.
