A class action suit against Chipotle for claiming the food they serve do not contain genetically modified organism (GMO) can proceed according to a Florida judge. Plaintiff alleges that she bought Chipotle food believing it did not contain GMOs as advertised but the food chain admitted that the meat and dairy they serve are likely to come from animals given GMO feed.
