Both defense and prosecution in the James Holmes shootout case requested that the names of victims be kept from public, but Judge William Sylvester over-ruled the requested and stated that the names of the victims will remain open to the public.
The family of Autumn Pasquale held a funeral for the 12-year-old girl whose body was discovered in a recycling bin in Clayton, New Jersey on Saturday. Family, friends and members of Clayton community attended the funeral of the girl and paid condolences to the family.
