A petition to withdraw from the union of the United States of America has reached enough signatories to garner comment from the Obama administration. Although, the state of Texas is not the only state involved in the petition, it has the most signatories.
A Tulsa man was arrested after police discovered his 18-month-old daughter locked in a dog cage lying in feces, while his other four-year-old daughter was found locked in the back yard in the cold without any clothes. The Tulsa father, who remains unnamed, was discovered high on drugs in an "induced stupor" according to ABC News.
