Florida is scheduled to execute Glen Rogers, dubbed the "Casanova Killer," for a 1995 murder, decades after he claimed responsibility for the deaths of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.

Glen Rogers, a serial killer convicted in both Florida and California, became notorious in the 1990s for a cross-country killing spree, according to KTLA. In 1995, he murdered Tina Marie Cribbs after meeting her at a bar near Tampa. She was later found stabbed to death in a motel bathroom.

Rogers was also convicted in California for the 1995 murder of Sandra Gallagher, whose body was found burned in her truck near his Van Nuys residence.

Rogers was sentenced to death in Florida in 1997 and again in California in 1999. His notoriety grew when he claimed in a 2012 documentary that he was behind the high-profile murders of OJ Simpson's ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.

While the LAPD acknowledged the claim, they dismissed it as not credible and maintained confidence in their original case.

On April 15, 2025, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed the death warrant for Rogers, scheduling his execution for May 15 at Florida State Prison in Raiford.
