A Florida man stabbed his girlfriend and her mother to death and then told arresting officers that he'd "do it again," if he was ever back on the streets, according to police.

Officers were called to the home on Saturday, April 12 after Kirk Hysell Jr., 41, called his daughter and told her he'd murdered the two women. The daughter promptly called 911.

When police arrived at the home, they found 34-year-old Christina Donzero dead in a bedroom. She had been stabbed numerous times. They found the second victim, 75-year-old Betti "Suzanne" Thevenet Donzero, dead in the garage of the home. She also had endured several stab wounds.

Hysell Jr. was found in the bathroom of the residence, police said, adding that he was suffering from numerous self-inflicted wounds. Hysell Jr. admitted to responding officers that he had killed the women and told police that he had initially planned to murder his entire family.

According to police, he also stated that if he ever got out of prison, he would kill his other family members, stating he'd "do it again." Hysell Jr. was taken into custody on first-degree murder charges and transported to a hospital due to his wounds.
