A Las Vegas man killed the woman his wife left him for after saying that he would "send them to hell," according to reports.

The Las Vegas love triangle boiled over Jan. 3 at 4:45 p.m. when Adrian Rodriguez-Guillen, 41, shot and killed his wife's girlfriend, Adriana Herrera, 40. Rodriguez-Guillen's ex-wife was shot in the hip and wounded in the attack, according to KLAS-8.

The ex-wife told police that she had been romantically involved with Rodriguez-Guillen for about 24 years. The couple had were married in 2001 and, although they divorced in 2013, had remained together to raise their seven children, the TV station reported.

The woman met Herrera about 18 months ago and began a sexual relationship with the woman. The relationship was on and off until about two months ago when she left Rodriguez-Guillen for the woman. According to KLAS-8 the woman told police that Rodriguez-Guillen was jealous and angry and told her he was "was going to kill them and send them to hell."

She told police that Rodriguez-Guillen would occasionally place trackers on their vehicles, News-3 reported. At the crime scene police recovered nine spent shell casings, the TV station reported. Rodriguez-Guillen faces numerous charges related to the incident including murder, attempted murder, and kidnapping.
