'The Originals' Season 3: Kol to resurrect from the dead; Klaus to be killed by visiting foes?

Nathaniel Buzolic has confirmed his return in "The Originals" Season 3 to resurrect his character Kol Mikaelson. Although the show is currently on a 3-week hiatus, the official plot description of episode 16 'Alone with Everybody' is made available here.

Cast member Nathaniel Buzolic officially returns to "The Originals" Season 3. According to TV Line, the 32-year-old Aussie actor will ressurect one of the main characters in the show, Kol Mikaelson aka vampire Kol. Kol is considered as the black sheep of the Mikaelson family and his siblings treat him as a nuisance. Because of this, he prioritizes Davina Claire (Danielle Campbell) rather than his own brothers and sisters. Buzolic is set to reappear in the 16th episode of the show.

Other than that, "The Originals" Season 3 is currently on a brief hiatus. Hollywood Hills has cited that the new episode which was slated to air last Friday, March 11, has been postponed to air after 3 weeks. This is because CBS has decided to temporarily air a Howie Mandel special episode, 'Who's Line Is It Anyway'?, instead.

As for the official plot of episode 16, Spoilers Guide notes, "Dangerous foes descend upon New Orleans in an attempt to take down Klaus (Joseph Morgan); Elijah urges his siblings to lay low at the compound while Marcel, Vincent, and Josh chase down a lead involving a mysterious vampire named Sofya;

Tensions inside the compound build as Kol is forced to face his brother Finn, the person responsible for his death; Klaus and Hayley seek shelter and stumble upon an unsettling threat against them."

"The Originals" Season 3 Episode 16 is entitled as "Alone with Everybody". The forthcoming episode is scheduled to premiere on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. exclusively on The CW.
