Tom Brady's suspension over the controversial deflategate scandal could be restrored after the three-judge panel in the Appeals Court found evidence of ball tampering. Lawmakers in Florida have passed a bill that would require at least 10 juries to recommend death penalty. The revision comes after the Supreme Court ruled in January that death penalty recommended by judges override the juror's recommendation for the execution.
