Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy claims his constitutional right is violated following his unlawful solitary confinement and being denied to have a to a speedy trial for his case. His lawyer is also asking the court to dismiss his criminal charges following the alleged violations.
Daniel Perelmutter and wife, Mary Lou files a lawsuit against Minnie Driver following alleged harassment and private nuisance. Perelmutter claimed Driver pelt "baby food jars filled with black paint against the walls" of their home.
Public hospitals in Paris will now offer money as an incentive for pregnant women to stop smoking. The program offers pregnant women up to €300 (roughly $350), and is part of a broader initiative designed to reducing the smoking rate among pregnant women in the country.
