Rumor has it that Megan Fox's guest character Reagan will reappear in the future episodes of "New Girl" Season 5. According to TV Line, the rumors stemmed from the upcoming arc where Reagan is cordially invited to witness Schmidt and CeCe's (Hannah Simone) and Schmidt's (Max Greenfield) wedding celebration.
As for the official plot synopsis of episode 12, Spoilers Guide notes, "After CeCe receives an exciting new job offer, Jessica "Jess" Day (Zooey Deschanel) agrees to help Schmidt with the wedding preparations, but things don't go as planned when Schmidt's dad, Gavin (guest star Peter Gallagher), appears; Winston (Lamorne Morris) and Nick (Jake Johnson) get into a competition over whose job is harder."
For a quick recap of "New Girl" Season 5 previous episode 11 "The Apartment", TV Fanatic reported that Jess was overwhelmed with the amount of duties that was assigned to her by her new boss, Principal Becky Cavatappi (Elizabeth Berkley). At the same time, Jess assisted CeCe on emptying out her loft to move in with her and the rest of the gang in their apartment. Suddenly, CeCe got a cold feet as she started to have second thoughts on marrying Schmidt.
"New Girl" Season 5 Episode 12 is entitled as "D-Day". The forthcoming episode is scheduled to premiere on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. first and exclusive on FOX Network.
