'Girl Meets World' Season 3 might premiere this Spring; New storylines to tackle sex and underage drinking?

Series creator discussed some issues if "Girl Meets World" Season 3 will tackle sex and underage drinking in the upcoming storylines. The newest chapter is said to feature Maya and RIley's continuous downfalls and Lucas Friar will finally make a decision on who he will consider as his girlfriend between the two.

Series creator Michael Jacobs disccused the details via The Wrap if "Girl Meets World" Season 3 will tackle sex and underage drinking now that they are in high school.

Jacobs stated, "As long as the show runs on Disney Channel, we want to honor the people who invited us to play at their house. They've been very good to us, and they have let us push the envelope about as much as they have. We will tackle heavier subjects, but we will also honor the fact that our demographic starts at 6 years old."

In addition to that, the newest chapter will feature the ongoing downfalls that Maya Hart (Sabrina Carpenter) and Riley Matthews (Rowan Blanchard) will face. Lucas Friar (Peyton Meyer) will also be forced to choose between the two girls on who he will consider as his girlfriend, Carter Matt has cited.

For a quick recap of "Girl Meets World" Season 2 Episode 30 "Girl Meets Legacy", TV Over Mind reported that Riley , Maya, Lucas, and Farkle Minkus (Corey Fogelmanis) finally graduated from John Quincy Adams middle school. But before the special day, the four worked together to ascertain what kind of legacy they want the school to remember them. The finale episode also featured familiar faces such as Stuart Minkus (Lee Noris) and Harley Keiner (Danny McNulty)

"Girl Meets World" Season 3 is exepcted to return at some point in Spring of 2016 exclusively on Disney Channel.
