A new poll conducted by the New York Time in conjunction with CBS News and Quinnipiac University show that President Barrack Obama leads the poll against presumed Republican candidate Mitt Romney for the 2012 Presidential elections in three important states of Ohio, Florida and Pennsylvania.
On Wednesday-the second day of trial in the Drew Peterson case, in which the 58-year-old Peterson is charged with first-degree of his third wife Kathleen Savio, defense lawyer Joel Brodsky paints the picture of Savio as a woman who was "bossy, lied, had a furious temper and went to therapy," according to ABC News.

The magazine reports that sources from within Apple Inc. confirmed to the New York Times that the fifth generation Apple smartphone will be revealed on the 12th and then will make its way to the stores on the 21 of the same month.
