Dottie Sandusky was refunded the $50,000 she paid towards her husband’s, Jerry Sandusky, bail prior to his conviction on 45 counts of child molestation and abuse.
Judge John Cleland signed the order granting Dottie the bail money as well as released the court hold over the Sandusky home, which was put up by the couple as collateral worth $200,000.
The case of the alleged Dark Knight shooter has not yet gone to trial, this might be a strong indication that the event is still relatively fresh in the minds and hearts of America, so dressing up as James Egan Holmes this Halloween might not be appropriately. But apparently one person does not think so, the seller posted a picture of a mask that resembles the mug shot of Holmes with bright orange hair and widely opened dazed eyes.
In the latest development, Mark O'Mara says that he plans to file suit against NBC News for defamation of character of his client George Zimmerman, who is being charged for the murder of Trayvon Martin. O'Mara is suing the broadcast network for airing an edited version of the 911-call Zimmerman made after shooting the 17-year-old. O'mara claims that the phone call was edited deliberately to make his client bad.
