Missouri House of Representative has rejected a bill on Wednesday on legalizing medical marijuana straight for the second time in a year. Supporters of medical marijuana are now campaigning to to legalize its use through constitutional amendment followed by a consensus poll expected to take place in November.
Mississipi Governor Phil Bryant signed a state senate bill to defund Planned Parenthood to stop state funding to its abortion clinic. Governor Bryant expressed his happiness as he signed the bill on Tuesday.
