According to the latest reports, the Panama paper firm, Mossack Fonseca, has helped set up more than 1,000 offshore companies involved in tax evasion cases. It allegedly formed the companies since 2001 in the U.S.

A federal judge has announced that the ex-CEO of Massey doesn't have to pay $28 million in restitution to a coal producer after the mine explosion. A total of 29 people were killed in the blast.

A measure sponsored by Sen. Steve Southerland to make the bible as its official state book has been approved by the senate. The bill will now be passed to Governor Bill Haslam for his approval.
