Ethan Jamieson, who appeared in "The Hunger Games," was arrested in North Carolina after allegedly assaulting three men with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun, according to court documents.
The alleged incident happened in Raleigh on Mar. 23, and the men were identified in the records only as E.F., J.M., and K.W. Court documents say Jamieson was taken into custody on April 8, denied bail on Apr. 9, and is scheduled for a disposition hearing on Apr. 30.
Jamieson, who started acting in 2009 as a child, made his major motion picture debut in "The Hunger Games" as the District 4 male tribute. He was one of the youngest and smallest tributes in the arena that year, alongside Rue, according to a fan reference cited in earlier reporting, according to TMZ.

Before landing "The Hunger Games," Jamieson appeared in commercials for Cici's Pizza and Doritos. His other credits include "One Tree Hill," where he appeared as "Kid No. 2," "The Rusty Bucket Kids: Lincoln, Journey to 16," the short film "Gravity," and a 2013 guest role on "Justified" as Milo Truth.
Jamieson also appeared as himself in behind-the-scenes features related to "The Hunger Games," including "The World Is Watching: Making the Hunger Games" in 2012 and "Extras: The Hunger Games" in 2017. IMDb lists him as known for "The Hunger Games," "The Rusty Bucket Kids: Lincoln, Journey to 16," and "Justified," US Magazine reported.
At age 13, Jamieson said in an interview that he knew the books were popular but did not expect the movie to become so big, and he described signing autographs at the Los Angeles red carpet premiere as "pretty awesome." He also said at the time that he did not see himself acting full-time and wanted to be "just a normal person."
The available reports do not say what led to the confrontation, and they do not say whether any of the three men were injured. This is Jamieson's second reported arrest in the past year and a half; he was previously arrested in 2025 for resisting a public officer, as per People.
