Also, The CW has released the official plot description of episode 17 'Behind the Black Horizon' while last week's episode 16 'Alone With Everybody' is recapped for fans who have missed to watch it.
"The Vampire Diaries" star Zach Roerig officially signs in as a guest star in the upcoming episode of "The Originals" Season 3. According to TV Line, the 31-year-old American actor will play as Matt Donovan, the same role he is portraying in TVD.
As for the official plot synopsis of episode 17, Spoilers Guide notes, "When its discovered that Freya has been kidnapped, the Mikaelson brothers are forced to put aside their differences to save her. Elijah and Finn run into deputy Matt Donovan who does not take well to new vampires in his town. Klaus and Hayley work together to uncover the motive of Lucien's secret agendas, Kol's behavior leaves Davina concerned for their future together."
