God of War 4: Santa Monica Studios looking for team to work on Title? Dev creating a new IP 'Bound'

By

Santa Monica Studios' supposed God of War 4 has become such an epidemic discussion to many, since the success of its predecessors. The development team has not really talked much about the title as of late, presumptions of the hints and clues have been taken seriously by many, regardless of how petty or simple it may be.

According to Youth Health Mag, nothing too solid has been given to God of War 4 so far, and after the intriguing end that God of War 3 has given to the mass before, many question the possibility that a next entry to the series will indeed come forth.

Previous reports delivered that Santa Monica Studios announced that they have opened positions from the team that would most likely work on the God of War franchise, though the developers did not disclose as for what. Given that there was a launched God of War 3 re-mastered version, it could be something that will be for another one in the series; rumors claiming that will either be a spin-off or simply a continuity with a twist.

The most frank confession that fans have declared about the next God of War is that they would no longer want an expansion that will be similar to God of War: Ascension, in which many claim to be a very disappointing take on the franchise.

As noted by The Bit Bag, fans of the God of War franchise received rumors that Santa Monica Studios is currently working on a new IP entitled Bound, together with Plastic Studios. Many believe that this is a rational approach by the company and explains the need for another team to separately work on God of War 4. The said IP is expected to come to the PlayStation 4, but is yet to be defended by Santa Monica Studios.

God of War 4 still has no release date or confirmation at hand. Keep posted for more updates on the proposed title by Santa Monica Studios.
