Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Latest Patch Brings More Glitch Issues; No Word Yet on Possible Fix

By

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege has continued to dazzle the world with its amazingly realistic feats that make it such a powerful title from 2015 onward. However, as the game may also contain a few unwanted bugs, repairs or fixes are bound to happen; except that for this particular case, it also brought something else.

According to IGN, it was recently reported that Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege underwent a new update that promises to fix a few minor factors along the game that require such. Sadly, there were some unexpected discrepancies that made the current version quite worse than the last one. Starting off with the ineffectiveness of the knife.

As per Game Spot, the knife hits seemingly do nothing to the opponents that receive the said attacks, but there are bigger problems to take note of. A glitch that was cordially named Shadowman was reported by many gamers which causes some players to typically appear in a black silhouette without any indication of the real position that they are currently in. Headshots not being registered accordingly are also a problem together with mines turning invisible along the way.

Given that Ubisoft claims to be aware of particular variables that disrupt the gaming experience, no time frame has been given for the rectification of the patch. It is expected, nonetheless, that the mine problem might be addressed come patch 2.1 but the dread of many is that the game may continue to suffer the said fate.

Video Gamer noted that the existing Operation Black Ice may be as good as new content as it is but a fully functional and properly engineered base game is still what counts as quality.

No news yet regarding the repair of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege was disclosed by Ubisoft and sadly, fans are still dealing with the aforementioned problems. Keep posted for more news on Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.
