UFC 2 New Game Improvements Detailed Ahead of March 15 Launch: CM Punk Responds to Negative Fan Impressions

By

EA Sports UFC 2 has been on a strong trail for the past number of months. Such factors that affect the game are officially addressed by EA themselves-even the highly controversial inclusion of former WWE Superstar CM Punk.

According to Games Radar, one of the most intriguing news that has befallen fans as of lately with regards to UFC 2 would be the immediate addition of Phil Brooks, also known as CM Punk from the WWE. Many gamers attested to this move by EA Sports since the former pro-wrestling superstar is yet to make his in-ring debut in the UFC. To make things a bit more interesting, the newly-signing mixed martial artist immediately responded to his critics via social media about the negativities thrown at him.

As noted by IGN, CM Punk posted on his Twitter account, and was quoted, "Hey! This is cool. I hope it makes dummies furious." He also did not hesitate and followed it up with another statement, saying "Not since Samus Aran was revealed to be a woman have dummies been this butt hurt about a video game."

One other thing that somewhat gamers became quite upset over is the annoyingly high rating that was bestowed upon by the fans towards CM Punk. It was told that he has the same ratings as those that are considerably veterans in the business whereas he is yet to showcase his in-rill abilities.

On more optimistic news, VG247 delivered that UFC 2 promises more drastic and appealing changes to the title. Perhaps the most attractive one that many will notice would be the in-game physics that are a lot closer to reality, such as the diversity of stronger strikes from the weaker ones. Other additions to look forward to would be the new submission system, a more improved grappling system and lastly, a more mobile and utilizable defense mechanism wherein players will have full control over their head movement.

EA Sports' UFC 2 is slated to come to the market on March 15th, 2016. Stay tuned for further news.
