The alleged fraud victims and the Commonwealth bank are interlocked in a battle against each other as they claim for justice. Latest update reveals The Commonwealth Bank is aiming to block the legal bid of the alledged fraud victims.

According to an article released by The Sydney Morning Herald, The Commonwealth Bank has challenged to obstruct the distressed legal appeal by victims caught up in a supposed $100 million fraud, as well as the alleged architects of the scam being commanded to stand trial and allegations that CBA staff were implicated.

Moreover, the case would be a long one as both parties are determined to claim their call for justice and have justice be served well. In addition, this is not the only time and scenario that the Commonwealth Bank has been involved with.

It was previously reported by Bank Victims that the Commonwealth Bank of Australia has been tied to bad propaganda lately and for the good reasons as well since business customers of BankWest are complaining of criminal fraudulent treatment by the CBA.

The report mentioned of how CBA bought BankWest at a lower price for a nominal $2.4 billion, which marks 80 percent of 2007 book value, along with the price, paid for which is $2.1 billion. However, CBA retaliated by asserting that BankWest's commercial property portfolio was projected to be bad due to bad debt scenarios as well as revaluing its charge for BankWest's impaired loans to $825 million for calendar 2008.

Furthermore, 247 Aussie conveyed that Australia's largest lender lately declared itself to be the nation's most "ethical bank", excluding Mildura couple Jim and Debbie Barker who have been financially ruined by their transactions with the CBA.

Moreover, the couple has suffered another dreary Christmas after losing their 38-hectare property adjacent to the Mildura Golf Club as well as dealing with more than $600,000 in debts. This illustration alone clearly emphasizes the legal pursuit of the couple against the Commonwealth Bank due to the significant properties that they have lost in the process.

The ordeal and outcome remains to be seen as both parties present their legal claims as well as supporting evidences to win the case in court.
