The Supreme Court of Uganda is taking action on the petition filed by the Uganda Parliamentary Press Association (UPPA) curtailing their rights on covering of the parliamentary procedure.

An ex- medical technician was caught tampering narcotics at a Colorado Hospital prompting examination of about 3,000 patients who could be exposed for blood-borne diseases incluidng HIV, Hepatits B and C. The technician identified as Rocky Allen was arrested and charged with one count of tampering with a consumer product and one count of acquiring a controlled substance by deceit.

American Airlines is suing its in-flight internet service provider, Gogo, contending that it has received a materially improved service proposal from other companies. Gogo has said that it intends to submit a new proposal.
