Sarah Palin suing rapper Azealia Banks following her graphic tweets. The feud stemmed from a satirical news article, on which the former governor says, black people enjoys slavery. Banks reacted through twitter with a series of explicit tweets.
Peter Liang's lawyers is asking the court for retrial. Liang's representing found that one of the jurors lied about a member of his family's criminal past conviction.
