A Florida man has been arrested once again after he was commuted by former President Donald Trump for a previous fraud conviction.

The Nebraska Supreme Court decided that felons who have completed their sentences can vote, despite efforts by the state's chief election official to prevent them from participating in the upcoming Nov. 5 election.

The deadly blaze allegedly triggered by 38-year-old Mirsa Lopez at a Dallas mobile home park Saturday caused damage to four homes and as many vehicles.
