According to a Tuesday's announcement U.S. District Judge Graham Mullen appointed the Partner of McGuire Woods at the Charlotte office, Kenneth Bell, as the temporary receiver of Zeek's offices. He will be in charge of managing the frozen assets of the company which was shut down last week by the Security and Exchange Commissions upon raveling a $600 Ponzi scheme. Although Bell was appointed made Friday, but was not announced till Tuesday.
