Nathan Luis Campbell is the main suspect for recklessly driving his black Dodge Avenger through a crowded Venice Beach on Saturday, which killed an Italian newlywed and injured 16 people. The 38-year-old Campbell did not have an address on record, not a state's driver's license. There was no evidence to suggest that he was working at the time. Campbell turned himself into the police station several hours after the deadly episode on Saturday.
