Nancy Kissel will be arguing her murder conviction tomorrow before Hong Kong's highest court and try to convince them that jurors in her 2011 retrial did not properly consider evidence that she was not in a right mental state when she bludgeoned her Merrill Lynch & Co banker husband Robert to death, Bloomberg reported.

Bloomberg reported that Apple Inc has presented a videotaped testimony of a Google lawyer yesterday to support the iPhone maker's claims that Samsung Electronics Co was indeed seeking indemnification from Google.
