Trump's decision as America's President has been put into question ever since he began dishing out executive orders left and right. Many of them have put a lot of their citizens in a frenzy due to how irrational and extreme they are.

This does not effect those residing within the country but also those that are trying to get in. With the recent controversy happening, it is hard to predict how this would positively effect the wellbeing of the country as a whole. Many are putting his leadership into question and protests have been popping up in several places such as New York City and San Francisco.

From the East coast to the West, the country is taking its toll on the new President's decisions, but this is not the only thing that's being effected by his motives. The Syrian Health Crisis is now in great vulnerability with the restriction on immigration that Trump has placed on the country.

The Atlantic claims that the effects of the immigration restrictions could greatly impact the Syrian Health Crisis. After the U.S. took in 12,846 Syrian refugees last year, the signing of Trump's executive order will indefinitely bring that number back to zero. With the state of how many Syrians are living, the country shuts out an entire group of people who have no access to cures like polio.

Many of their conditions are treatable, like diabetes, but they go unchecked due to such poor living conditions in their country. Because of the signing, millions of Syrian refugees are unable to seek asylum, thus keeping them in places such as war zones where their lives are directly put in danger.

Vox has also placed their comments on the issue, stating that the movement on their immigration has now banned Syrians indefinitely. With this new order comes the fact that this is not the end of it as it is seen as just one way in which Trump will be dealing with the immigration. While it has been said that this is done to ensure the security and welfare of the country, it also means that it casts out an entire group of people who have nowhere to go.

This also means this ban promotes and extends the idea of "America first" thinking. In these difficult times, many of us must ban together and help one another, but it seems that this particular move on immigration is doing everything but that.
