London native and celebrity builder, Tommy Walsh, of BBC's home makeover show "Ground Force" was arrested on Friday for getting into a fight in his neighbor's property. According to the reality television star, the incident started after he saw two men urinating in his neighbor's garden.

According to Mirror, Walsh was walking home from a local pub in Homerton, East London, when he saw the two men peeing in the lawn. Thinking about the disgustingness of the act and its unsanitary nature especially since he knows his neighbor's kids play in the garden, he walked towards the two men to confront them.

However, he noted that the two men immediately reacted aggressively and the incident soon turned into a physical altercation. Although there was pushing and pulling of clothes, Walsh said that no punches or kicks were thrown during the incident.

Then, the builder noticed that one of the men was bleeding from the ear. He then invited him into his house to have the wound treated, Metro reported.

At first, the man was apologetic for what had happened earlier. But, as their conversation progressed, the man became aggressive again. Walsh reacted by ushering the man out of his home.

But then, twenty minutes later, Walsh got a visit from the local law enforcers. According to the authorities, they received a complaint regarding a fight and arrested him and charged the 58-year-old celebrity with actual bodily harm or ABH. As a result, he spent the night detained inside the Wood Green police station and was released on bail the following day.

"One man aged in his 50s was later arrested on suspicion of ABH and taken to a local police station for questioning," the authorities said in a statement according to Express. "He has since been bailed to a date in mid-March. The investigation continues."

Walsh appeared on "Ground Force" during its run from 1997 to 2005 together with co-presenters Alan Titchmarsh and Charlie Dimmock. The program mainly focused on the trio carrying out renovations on home gardens in the U.K.
