Recent "Arrow" Season 5 spoilers reveal the reunion of the original team, how to stop Prometheus and other noteworthy tidbits. It looks like there's much to look forward to in CW's hit series "Arrow."
In an interview with TVLine, "Arrow" star David Ramsey gives some details on what to expect in this week's episode. Ramsey plays former soldier John Diggle, who is just fresh out from prison.
The 45-year-old actor revealed that his character is back in business, and to his original self as well. Ramsey mentioned that Diggle will check out on Felicity to see how her mental and emotional state is.
Ramsey revealed that Felicity will tap "into her dark side" the same way Oliver and his own character did. Felicity does this the same reason other members did, to gain an advantage that could benefit their team.
It appears that Diggle will have his hands full, as he's the one who "really welcomes" new member Dinah to the team. Ramsey explained that it's Diggle's role to be the welcoming bandwagon since he's the "most evolved" in the team after having gone through so much adversity.
In other "Arrow" Season 5 spoilers, Ramsey also mentioned that fans will be seeing more of the Original Team Arrow. Team Arrow had a lot of changes in member count and member evolution recently.
With so much new changes, bringing the original team back is a breath of fresh air for "Arrow" fans. "Now that John is out of jail, thankfully, you'll see more.", Ramsey added in regards to OTA.
Ramsey also teased a personal encounter between Diggle and antagonist Prometheus. "The "Arrow" actor revealed that there will be a "nice little moment" between Diggle and Prometheus "in terms of a fight."
According to Ramsey, Diggle will show how Oliver can take every piece of Prometheus' life away without actually killing him. This doesn't mean there wouldn't be any Prometheus fighting and beating scenes, Ramsey teased that it "also does" happen.
In other "Arrow" Season 5 spoilers, it's hinted that Prometheus is the illegitimate son of pharmaceutical CEO Justin Claybourne, according to Inverse. He's notoriously known for being manipulative specially to Evelyn Sharpe and Oliver Queen. It would be interesting to see how team Arrow will serve justice to the infamous Prometheus.
