"The 100" Season 4 starts from the end of the previous season. The events unfold right after Clarke (Eliza Taylor) destroyed the City of Light.

According to a report in Screener, Clarke and Bellamy (Bob Morley) know so well that the world is to end in a few months in "The 100" Season 4. They decide to keep the truth a secret to their people. Right after the City of Light had been destroyed, Clarke already knew that in a few months an apocalypse will destroy the world.

Clarke and Bellamy need to let the people settle in after the apocalypse before they can give out news that the world is ending in "The 100" Season 4. However, they let Jasper in to know the big secret. As of this time, all of the people need to get used to the new world that they are in.

Inverse reports that Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) has come out violent in "The 100" Season 4. It can be remembered that she lost Lincoln (Ricky Whittle) in season 3 and is grieving for his loss. She seems to be letting out his grief with her rage in the latest episode of the series.

Octavia is acting as the weapon for the people in "The 100" Season 4. The people need to be kept safe and Clarke has to keep her people safe with the upcoming threat. King Roan (Zach McGowan) has also been back in the series and it still needs to be seen if he is an ally or a foe.

Meanwhile, Art. Mic reports that Clarke will be challenged more in "The 100" Season 4 Episode 2. All the weight of saving the people is upon her. She already saved the people from the City of Light. Now that a new threat of the apocalypse is coming, she needs to do everything to keep everyone alive. "The 100" Season 4 airs every Wednesday nights.
