'Modern Family' Season 7 airs 15th episode on March 2; What is Claire's secret weapon?

Nathan Lane signs in as a recurring guest star Pepper Saltzman in the upcoming episode of "Modern Family" Season 7. "The Producers" alum Nathan Lane signs in as a recurring guest star in the upcoming episode of "Modern Family" Season 7. According to Spoilers Guide, the 60-year-old American actor and writer will reprise his guest character, Pepper Saltzman. Nathan Lane's character is set to reappear in the 15th episode of the ABC series.

As for the official plot synopsis of episode 15, The Futon Critic notes, "Claire runs Jay's closet business and yet still has time for all the duties at home. The kids could not be happier but Phil could not be more frustrated. Unbeknownst to him, Claire has a secret weapon called a personal assistant. Jay and Gloria are beyond sleep deprived.. Mitch and Cam are treated like 2nd class guests at their friend's wedding, which Pepper has organized, and spend the whole time figuring why and who they offended."
