'Modern Family' Season 7 News: Miss Colombia 2015 Ariadna Gutierrez to replace Sofia Vergara?

Rumors are circulating online that Ariadna Gutierrez, Miss Universe 2015 1st runner-up, will replace Sofia Vergara in "Modern Family" Season 7. Also, the official plot for episode 11 has been released while a recap for the last episode is also provided here for fans who missed to see it.

Rumor has it that Miss Universe 2015 1st runner-up Miss Colombia, Ariadna Gutierrez, will be replacing  the Colombian actress Sofia Vergara in "Modern Family" Season 7. According to Latin Times Pulse, Sofia trains Ariadna to replace her with the accent since she plans to exit the series after season 7. Furthermore, the 43-year-old Colombian-American actress agreed that she has a great resemblance with Miss Colombia and she will fit well in the show.

Meanwhile, as for the official synopsis for episode 11, Christian Today notes, "Sick of having the ducklings around the house, Claire Dunphy (Julie Bowen) and the kids seize an opportunity to help expedite the ducks leaving the nest while Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell) is off visiting Alex Dunphy (Ariel Winter) at college.

Jay Pritchett (Ed O'Neill) helps Mitchell Pritchett (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) with Lily Tucker-Pritchett's (Aubrey Anderson-Emmons) sleepover with her friends from her Vietnamese dance troupe; and Gloria Pritchett (Sofia Vergara) and Cameron Tucker (Eric Stonestreet) are off on a hot pepper heist carefully orchestrated by Manny Delgado (Rico Rodriguez) in order to meet a big hot sauce delivery deadline."

For a recap of episode 10, The Futon Critic has mentioned that Claire and Phil had dinner plans with the couple they met while they're on vacation. Elsewhere, Gloria, too, had organized a playdate with a couple.

"Modern Family" Season 7 Episode 11 is entitled as "Spread Your Wings" and the forthcoming episode is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. exclusively on ABC.
