US Secretary of Veterans Affairs Eric Shinseki announced on Thursday that Phoenix Veterans Affairs Health Care facility director Sharon Helman, Associate Director Lance Robinson and an unidentified third employee had been placed on administrative leaves following reports that the facility keeps a secret waiting list, which is part of a scheme to explain the long wait time to provide medical care to US veterans, CNN reported.
