US District Judge Lynn Adelman's recent ruling on the voter ID law in Wisconsion caused the strikedown of the measure, saying that the law on serves the state in terms of preventing voter fraud but ultimately discriminates people who cannot afford to comply with the law's requirement, Bloomberg reported.
