A prosecutor in New Mexico is planning to appeal on a judge's decision on juvenile sentencing of Nehemiah Griego. Griego was a convicted teen, for killing his entire family in 2013.
Federal inspectors found a total of five safety violations at the New Jersey power plants. They found four violations at the Salem nuclear generating station units 1 and 2, and one at the Hope Creek. All of the infractions were regarded as very low safety significance.
