US District Judge Jane J. Boyle sided with hotel and online travel agencies named in the lawsuit and dismissed the claims made by plaintiffs on allegations that hotels and online travel agencies conspired to increase hotel room prices.

A group of major U.S. hotel chains and online travel companies on Tuesday won the dismissal of an antitrust lawsuit accusing them of an industry-wide conspiracy to fix the online prices of hotel rooms.

A 9th Circuit court ruling had denied claims of Heather Mills' former publicist for more money from his client. Michele Blanchard agreed to work for Paul McCartney's ex-wife at a reduced fee after the latter claimed she cannot afford the publicist's $5,000 monthly fee, The Hollywood Reporter said.
