After a week of searching, South Carolina teenager Owen Kenney remains missing despite the pleas of his family and the support of the College of Charleston community.
Owen Tillman Kenney, 19, was last seen in an image released by police walking alone on the Ravenel Bridge pedestrian walkway shortly after 3 a.m. on October 31. Kenney had attended an event earlier with friends, who believed he was headed to his home on Bull Street.

"He was minutes from his house but never made it home," his mother Tanya wrote on Facebook on November 2. The post included a plea for the public's help and included several photos and a description of Kenney.
"Aunt Tanya, we're praying for you, for Owen, for answers, and that he comes home safely," wrote Madi Friddell on Facebook.
The disappearance has galvanized the College of Charleston community, as hundreds of students and staff turned out on Wednesday for a prayer vigil, ABC-4 reported. The vigil was organized by Kenney's fraternity, Alpha Tau Omega.

"I invite you to utilize this community and its resources and please do not struggle alone because we are not alone," said Rev. John Poole, a member of the campus ministry team, the network reported.
Kenney is originally from Tinton Falls, New Jersey, but had transferred to the College of Charleston in January.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact the Charleston Police Department at 843-720-2422 or submit an anonymous tip online.
