The owner of Trump Town USA, a famous merch store in Virginia, was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting three employees.

Donald "Whitey" Taylor was arrested on Tuesday inside his store and charged with three misdemeanor counts of assault and one count of indecent exposure. Taylor, who is also running for the mayor of Boones Mill, said the claims and their timing are politically motivated.

"Unfortunately in America you are guilty until you are proven innocent and anybody can go get a warrant for anybody at any time," Taylor told WDJB7.

The alleged incidents took place in his store and in his apartment. Two of the accusers said he groped them before he gave them their paychecks. On a separate occasion, he allegedly exposed himself and requested oral sex from one of the women. She added in her statement that he "...repeatedly sexually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and verbally harassed me."

The third employee claimed that Taylor shoved his hand into her pants while restraining her, according to court documents obtained by WDJB7. She also alleged he has made inappropriate comments toward her for years.

"The assault and emotional distress I have endured from 2022-2024 has gone on long enough," she wrote in her statement.

Taylor told WDBJ7 he plans to file charges against the women, including embezzlement. He is scheduled for arraignment next week.
