A Las Vegas man was "immediately apologetic" to police when he was caught allegedly drinking and driving for potentially the fourth time in seven years.

First responders said Alfredo Cuellar "was immediately apologetic" after allegedly crashing into a homeowner's lawn on October 12, according to KLAS 8 News Now, and said he "f- -ked up" by drinking before driving.

Police also found "a smoking pipe with a green leafy substance on the front passenger floorboard, along with an opened package with green leafy substance inside" in Cuellar's vehicle, according to KLAS 8 News Now.

Cuellar told police he was on probation for his third DUI in seven years. In Nevada, a defendant's first two DUIs are treated as misdemeanors while any DUI charge after that, within a seven-year period, is a felony.

A criminal complaint has not yet been filed against Cuellar as prosecutors await his blood results. Cuellar will return to court in February, and his judge warned him not to get in trouble before then.
