A Wisconsin mom allegedly charged her boyfriend $250, giving him permission to sexually assault her 12-year-old daughter in the back of a van, say police.

Juan Rocha-Mejia, 21, pleaded not guilty to child sexual assault, child enticement, false imprisonment, and strangulation and suffocation Thursday, according to WBGA-TV.

The victim's mother, Elia Antonio, 34, allegedly accepted payment from Rocha-Mejia back in May, and in exchange, met him up in Oakfield, Wisconsin, where he purportedly blindfolded and bound the girl while he sexually assaulted her in the back of the vehicle, WTMJ News reported, citing court records.

The victim managed to fight off Rocha-Mejia and ran to a neighbor for help, who in turn called 911.

Antonio allegedly told police she sold her daughter to her boyfriend because she was scared of him, per WLUK-TV.

For her alleged part, Antonio is charged with felony trafficking of a child, felony failure to protect a child, and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, the outlet reported.

She will appear in court Oct. 28.
