Amid erupting chaos on the Apalachee high school campus in Georgia following an apparent school shooting, dozens are taking to social media platform X with up to the minute insight.

At least two people are dead and at least four are injured, according to multiple reports, and a suspected shooter is in custody.

Footage from news helicopters hovering over the scene show the police response as well as students gathering outside the school.



Scenes from on the football field where students and faculty gathered in the aftermath of the shooting were shared by the Citizen app.
