Guns should be in Control in a time of Trump Sanity Form the Courts

By

The flight for gun safety and gun sanity continues as two courts in Virginia and Florida decides to lower the level of gun violence. It turns out that this should be considered in a time of President Donald Trump's administration.

The Fourth Circuit Court Appeals the right for the state of Maryland to ban the sale of forty five kinds of military style weapons, Patriot Gun Shop reported. However, the judges made the limits of the Supreme Court's Heller decision. Assault weapons is believed to be limitless an absurd in the United States of America.

According to New Yorker, the Fourth Circuit clearly spoke up stating that guns have enumerated rather than being essentialized. They referred to guns used in the military and on battle fields with the guns used for protection. Moreover, it stated that guns used on the battlefield to kill people are easier and more lethal. These kinds of features are not supposed to be added with the guns to defend a home or for personal protection.

Civilians owning these guns are not only a risk to others but also a risk to themselves, the argument by the minority dissenters is essentially that if a lot of civilians are getting their hands on military weapons, then they are not military weapons anymore.

Considering the danger of people freely walking around with guns, this has also brought an impact on kids. Many kids have the tendency to start using guns when they are not supposed too. Some people accept the fact that it is a dangerous cause, but some feel they need them to be secure.

However, the debate was about the current situation in the country, with the immigrant ban and political issues swirling around in the country they strongly believe that guns must be in control especially in a time of Trump's administration.
