Frost Brown Todd Law Firm Expands in Great American Tower

One of Cincinnati's largest law firms is expanding in the Great American Tower, Frost Brown Todd is one of the biggest law firms in Cincinnati, and the firm will be expanding at Queen City Square to the 37th floor of the Great American Tower.

The law firm will occupy around 114,000 square feet in the tower and the construction of the firm's new space will be beginning soon. Mostly Frost Brown Todd is planning to move into the new space this summer as per Biz Journals.

This will help the company to continue and grow their practice groups by keeping people together. At this moment they don't require additional space in the future. The new space is designed with a focus on efficiency, collaboration and the future of the firm's business. There will be extra room for support staff and it will add about 20 offices.

When Frost Brown Todd moved into the Great American Tower earlier, the space was designed by BHDP Architecture. The president of the Eagle Reality Group Mario San Marco said that he is pleased to be able to accommodate the firm's growth. With this expansion the Queen City Square complex is now 96 percent leased.

The firm consists of 170 local lawyers and 150 local employees and it is considered as the second largest law firm in greater Cincinnati. According to the Illinois Intelligencer, the downtown Cincinnati law firm was one of the original tenants of the office tower.

On a total the firm consists of 505 lawyers in 12 offices including Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Tennessee and West Virginia. Queen City Square was developed by the Eagle reality Group, it is considered as the real estate arm of Western and Southern Financial Group. The complex includes more than 1 million square feet of class A office and retail space.
